He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and obtained a master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.
Carville’s accounting career spans 50 years, with nearly 30 of them with BSC Group and its predecessors. His clients look to him for his experience in tax, accounting, payroll, and many other areas.
Carville is the past board member and president of the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce.
He lives in Denton with his wife (Brenda) and daughter (Jessica).
