Managing Partner
Debbie is the Managing Partner with BSC Group and has been a leader with the firm and its predecessors for more than 30 years. She works with a diverse group of clients that include individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts. In addition to being a trusted and capable advisor to her clients, she is also a mentor and believes strongly in developing local talent to strengthen the Eastern Shore’s business community.
Debbie is deeply connected to local non-profit and professional organizations and is currently the Treasurer of Talbot Hospice and member of the Talbot County Economic Development Commission. She is a Past-Chair of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce.
She is a graduate of Wilmington University and earned her master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore. In addition to being a CPA, she is also a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her children (Ty, Andrew and Darlin) and grandchildren, (Natalie, Emily, Rosie, Dawson Sophia and Aiden.
