BSC Group, LLC proudly announces the acquisition of fellow accounting firm, Anthony Walter Duncan, PC (AWD), and welcomes its clients, partners and staff.
This acquisition brings together the Eastern Shore’s two leading accounting firms, each with a solid reputation as a client advisor over the past fifty years. As next-door neighbors on Bay Street in Easton, BSC and AWD have always enjoyed a collegial relationship and have collaborated professionally, sharing knowledge and expertise for the benefit of their clients. AWD’s partners and staff will become part of the BSC Group team. The firm will continue to be led by managing partner, Debbie Walsworth, with AWD partners, Corey Duncan and Craig Walter, joining current BSC partners, Brandon Angell and Andrew Walsworth. On staff, there will now be sixteen CPAs and an expanded team of staff accountants, bookkeepers and full-service administrative support. Clients will continue to work with their current relationship managers and will have the added benefit of both firms’ combined technical and professional experience, advanced training and financial acumen.
